CKA Systems is a UK-based sole trader providing website design, development and support services to tradesmen and small businesses.
By purchasing services from CKA Systems, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Services may include:
- Custom website design and build
- Hosting (if on Care & Support Plan)
- SSL setup
- Maintenance and minor updates (where included)
- Optional automation tools (Pro plan)
Service details vary depending on the selected tier.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 One-Time Build Fee
The build fee must be paid before development begins. Work will not commence until payment is received.
3.2 Monthly Care & Support Plan
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of hosting or services.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Build Fees
Due to the custom nature of the work, build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.2 Monthly Plans
Care Plans may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are given for unused billing periods.
5. Website Ownership
Upon full payment of the build fee, the client owns the website design and content.
If the Care & Support Plan is cancelled, full site files will be provided. The client is responsible for arranging alternative hosting.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply branding materials if available
- Respond to feedback requests
- Approve the website prior to launch
7. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions may incur charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
CKA Systems is not liable for:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Search engine ranking performance
- Third-party outages
- Misuse of the website by the client
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
